Interview with Omega President Raynald Aeschlimann live from Rio

Yesterday evening I talked to Raynald in Rio via Skype. The Omega President is extremely busy these days and hard to get. So happy I made it! I invite you to listen to our conversation …

Omega ist the official timekeeper of the Olympic Games 2016 in Rio de Janeiro. Omega is not only guaranteeing correct timing results, but also very busy representing the brand and its timepieces.

Master of ceremony is the new Omega President Raynald Aeschlimann. As he told he is working 18 hours a day.

What exactly he is doing you will discover when you listen to our conversation I yesterday taped via Skype.

Raynald was at the Omega House in Rio and I in an hotel in Saalbach in Austria. So unfortunately we had some bandwidth issues and I had to cut and remaster our conversation. What I did not “correct” is the end of that conversation.

Last thing I asked Raynald was about the beaches and the girls in Rio. So funny what happened …

Just doing his job as Omega standard bearer. Hard work to be sure. No time for the beach I bet.

With Omega getting the world full attention in Rio and soon in Ryder Cup, the CEO working 24/7 without any sleep, the company will have a very healthy profit by end of the year.

I have been in Rio, seen the young girls with bikini on the beaches, dreaming about ???.
