Baselword 2014: What´s next?

Due to the embargoes I have to respect in the moment I cannot publish any news for you. But I have a firework scheduled for you starting the 26.03.2014 at 00:00 CET.

Everything is ready, the stories are written and produced and hundreds of pictures uploaded; I wish I could show you all the stories already today.

But guys this is a no-go. I do not break embargoes unless I am allowed to do so.

Just to tease you: I have full and exclusive stories e.g. about Breitling, Glashütte Original, Hermès, Hublot, Omega and Patek Philippe ready to go.

They will go online one after the other starting at 00:00 CET next Wednesday.

So be sure to pass by and to discover what the general public will only be able to see next Thursday, when Baselworld 2014 then will officially open its doors.

During Baselworld I will entertain you with all kind of stories and a lot of pictures.

You should not miss my series with the interviews with the CEOs of all the big and major brands.

And of course I will also post pictures on Instagram so be sure to pass by regularly.

I am looking forward meeting you in Basel at Baselworld 2014, either personally or virtually through my blog…

CU in Basel!

    1. No one has any information about the Rolex novelties before tomorrow afternoon. There is no secret kept so well then this at Baselworld. Not even the best Rolex retailers are informed in advance about the new watches. Rolex will unveil its novelties already tomorrow afternoon to a selected group of journalists, I will be among them and I will have the novelties online tomorrow late afternoon. All the others do have to wait until the official opening of Baselworld on Thursday…

Alexander, what about an “Abstecher” to Luzern?

If not now, maybe you have some time after Basel fair.

Looking forward to learn about new complications (while watches can be soo simple)

I’m looking forward already! I peruse perhaps 20 watch-related sites a day, and yours sir is the tops; balanced, fair, objective and hugely informative.

    Dear Alexander,

I guess we have to wait for another 40 hours or so and, I am certain, you will surpass your past performance!

Waiting expectantly for your fine write-ups – with all the details – as well as your fantastic pictures of outstanding watches.

In fact, all watch aficionados are getting impatient!

    Wish you all the best!
