The makers of the Swiss cult-watch are displaying, as always, a good eye and impeccable taste!

This afternoon I had the chance to see Swatch Spring-Summer Collection 2015 and I got a CD with the pictures of the new models that will come to the Swatch stores from January until April 2015.
Guys I have to tell you: Once again I am very impressed.
The season starts off with a delicate and feminine Spring Breeze that brushes against the skin with a pastel touch. Gran Turismo revs its engine and shows off the bolder side of the season with dark and daring looks. My Pet & Me captures the sweetness of our animals in a stylish way while Red White & Blue salutes our seas and the sporty sailors who conquer them. Rainy days can come and go but there’s no stopping fun In The Playroom where memories are made and nostalgia is the real name of the game. Surfing The Wave is all about the California lifestyle and long days spent in saltwater, and Mediterranean Dolce Vita celebrates life, sustenance and fine dining in another salty section of our Earth.

Do you know which will be MAXIs?
For kids these watches maybe fine, but I do not think these timepieces are exciting.
Kids are only the minority to wear Swatch. In Europe many top executives wear Swatch, as many scientists and many many others. It´s cool to wear a Swatch and not only reserved for Kids…
Funny new models – I admire Swatch for the always new, fresh designs. Although I currently do not see a model I *need* to have, they all look great. Some of them remind me of Swatch classics from 1983 (i.e. tennis stripes) and 1984 (compass).
Swatch is always good for a surprise…
Really like the tomatilla. But hope to see some new sistem51 soon.

Alex, I like the new chronometers especially the blue one. I am disappointed though that there is NO further developments on the System51 range!

It would be good to see Sistem51 used in Irony series.
Alex, when you visit can you ask about the expected longevity of a Sistem51 watch? One was opened up on a forum to analyse it in more detail and if I remember well the escapement turned out to be made from some kind of plastic, which makes me fear for the longevity, esp since these watches cannot be serviced.
Btw of the swatches above I like most the goirmet one with the fish head dial and cutlery hands, and the Gran turismo in the top left of the group picture, the one with the long strap.
