I usually don´t promote company own catalogs but with the new A. Lange & Söhne catalog 2013/1014 I have to make an exemption. In my archives I have all of them since A. Lange & Söhne in 1994 presented its first new watches after the fall of the iron curtain and after in 1990 Walter Lange and Günter Blümlein re-registered the A. Lange & Söhne brand.

yes the catalogue is beyond doubt marvelous, splendid and artistic.
The movements are on the same level; a marvel.
Pity their watches are as their catalouges; more to collect than something else.
They make only jewellery pieces; a steel case for every day wear is unknown. And while the movements are really adorable, the bezels are totally unadorned.
