Maurice de Mauriac: Stan Smith Signature Watch

Zurich-based watch brand Maurice de Mauriac teamed up with Tennis legend Stan Smith (born December 14, 1946) to create a limited edition watch. 100 pieces in green, red and blue will be produced in total (pictured here is the green version). Stan Smith: “I have always been quite fond of Maurice de Mauriac’s watches. That I had the opportunity to participate in the development of the model and contribute my ideas to this watch has been a great honour for me.”

The Stan Smith Signature Watch pays tribute to the 100 tournament victories that Smith achieved between 1968 and 1985. The mechanical Swiss watch with a 316L stainless steel case is individually numbered and water resistant up to 100 meters. The sapphire crystal exhibition back, with anti-reflective coating on both sides, is adorned with an official portrait of Stan Smith. Each watch comes with a matching rubber and Nato strap, a matching key ring and a tennis ball personally signed by Stan Smith.

The Stan Smith Signature Watch will be available online and in Maurice de Mauriac’s Zurich atelier from February 2020 in green and from May 2020 in red and blue for CHF 2,390 each.
