Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda 1966
Parmigiani Fleurier’s iconic style can be seen in every aspect of this watch’s profile. The Tonda 1950 takes the four round, ergonomic lugs and streamlines their design to add an even more elegant touch.
Driven by an extra-thin automatic movement dedicated to the fundamentals of time display – hours, minutes and small seconds. With an power reserve of 42 hours, the movement has an off-centre micro-oscillating weight in 950 platinum. It lends itself to a wide range of aesthetic variations and boasts Haute Horlogerie finishes which only a few manufactures would apply to such a mechanism: the nickel silver main plate is sand-blasted, circular-grained then rhodium-plated, the bridges are sand-blasted, drawn out or “Côte de Genève” decorated, then hand-bevelled and rhodium-plated. Also note the attractive finish of each wheel, bevelled, sunk, circular-grained on both faces, then gilded before cutting.

I am not at all a muscular person and these watches would be perfect for my wrists.
I already have a couple of Rolex Cellinis plus 3 more Rolex references and I love my Rolexes as well as other watches in my modest collection.
Moreover, as I am not ultra-wealthy, I shall not be able to buy rest of these lovely timepieces simultaneously. But I can acquire some of these.
Anyway, this is a very nice selection.
