A collector’s model in a league of its own
Ever since the year of 2006 the ultimate expression of fine watchmaking has been part of Vacheron Constantin colleciton of fine watches. Exceptional designed timepieces created in 950 platinum which is issued in a limited number. Both available as highly complicated models or clean and classic watches. Not only the case has been crafted from the exclusive platinum material yet the has also been composed in a sand-blasted platinum finish. Featuring a secret “Pt950” signature in-between 4 and 5 o’clock, 18K white gold hands, hour-markers and a “pearl” minute track. To add some contrast the watch is fitted with a dark blue alligator leather strap which has been hand- stitched with silk and platinum thread which is held by a polished half Maltese cross-shaped platinum buckle. All together this is a great sample of the Patrimony Collection aesthetic.4

The Patrimony Collection Excellence Platine asserts itself as a watchmaking dream. Inside the modern sized 42 mm-diameter case you have a view on the manufacture calibre 4400 AS. Beautifully decorated with a Côtes de Genève motif. Its dimensions are perfectly tailored to those of the case. A Hallmark of Geneva certified mechanism dedicated to the cause of exclusivity. 950 platinum is an absolute luxury. Its depth and its highly distinctive grey colour create a fascinating light effect and will last an eternity. This noble and exclusive metal requires no varnish and will never become oxidised.
